Directions from BART : Take BART to 19th station. Exit onto Broadway and walk north towards West Grand. Franklin Square is located 3 short blocks past the Paramount Theatre.

Directions from the San Francisco : Take the Bay Bridge to Oakland. Take 580 towards Hayward . Take 980 towards Downtown Oakland. Exit 27th Street/West Grand. At the bottom of the exit, go straight. Drive to West Grand and make a left. Parking is available in the Luka's parking lot at the corner of W. Grand and Broadway.  Franklin Square is across the street from Luka's behind the two giant oak trees.
